1 - Let us know

Give us a call, email, text, or chat with one of our live chat representatives to request a return shipping label.

2 - Ship it back

Print out the shipping label and attach it visibly to the original box. Drop off the box at any UPS location.

3 - Refund Process

Once we receive the returned package, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE

Full refund returns are available within 60 days after the customer receives the original order. Additional express shipping fees or international custom fees of the original order will not be refunded.

Free return shipping is only available to orders shipped to the 48 continental US States. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to the customer when a refund is requested. We do not cover the return shipping fees for customers located outside of the 48 continental US states.

Returned packages can be dropped off at any UPS locations. Find the nearest UPS location near you.
